These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SpicyCall mobile application (“App”) provided by SpicyCall (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using SpicyCall, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use SpicyCall.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must comply with Google Play policies and the laws of your country.

2. The service

SpicyCall is a social entertainment application that may include:

• Browsing discovery / “For You” profile walls and media
• Text chat and message threads
• Voice and video call experiences (camera and microphone may be required)
• Matching, live rooms, and party rooms
• Gifts, rewards, sign-in bonuses, and a gem/coin wallet
• Optional games and related entertainment features
• In-app purchases of consumable gem packs through Google Play

Features may change, be limited by region, device, network conditions, Remote Config, permissions you grant, or your gem balance. Some content shown in feeds or calls may be pre-recorded, curated, or simulated entertainment content and is not a guarantee of a live one-to-one conversation with a specific person.

3. Accounts

• You may sign in with Fast Login / Guest (anonymous Firebase Auth) or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for activity under your account on your device.
• You may link a Google account, switch accounts, log out, or delete your account from Settings where available.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the service, committed fraud, or created safety risks.

4. Device permissions

To operate SpicyCall, the App may request or use the following Android permissions. By using the related features, you agree that these uses are necessary for the service:

If you refuse Camera, Microphone, or Phone permissions, call features may not work fully. You can change permissions at any time in Android system settings. You are responsible for how you use camera, microphone, and phone capabilities on your device.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App if you are under 18.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, scam, or harm others.
• Share illegal, abusive, hateful, or sexually exploitative content involving minors.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity in a deceptive way.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App, APIs, billing, or other users.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate matching, chats, purchases, or rewards.
• Share personal banking details, OTPs, government IDs, or ask others for money outside approved in-app purchases.
• Open unknown links sent in chat or share sensitive personal information during calls.
• Violate any applicable law or Google Play policy.

Official Team notices in the App may remind you not to reveal personal information or open unknown links. Follow those safety warnings.

6. Virtual currency (Gems / Coins)

• Gems (also referred to as coins) are a limited license to use virtual items inside SpicyCall.
• Gems have no cash value outside the App and are not redeemable for real money, except where required by law.
• Sending messages, starting certain video calls, gifts, and other actions may consume gems according to in-app prices.
• Free starter gems, daily sign-in, and rewards may be offered and can change.
• We may adjust prices, packs, costs, and promotions at any time.

7. In-app purchases and billing

• Gem packs are sold as consumable one-time products through Google Play Billing.
• Current product examples include packs such as coin_pack_100, coin_pack_180, and coin_pack_300 (availability and pricing are controlled in Google Play Console and may vary by country).
• All payments are processed by Google Play. Refunds, chargebacks, and purchase disputes are handled under Google Play’s refund policies unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
• After a successful purchase, gems are credited to your in-app wallet. Keep your Google account and device secure.
• Purchases are generally final once gems are delivered, except where Google or law requires a refund.
• We are not responsible for purchase failures caused by Play Store outages, unsupported devices, canceled payments, or network errors, but we will try to help if gems were paid for and not delivered.

8. User content and communications

• You are solely responsible for the text and other content you send in chats or during calls.
• Do not transmit illegal or harmful content.
• In the current build, chats are primarily stored on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling, or using Clean Cache / account deletion may remove local history.
• We may remove access or content that violates these Terms when we become aware of it.

9. Intellectual property

SpicyCall, including its name, logos, UI, code, and branding, is owned by SpicyCall or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for entertainment as permitted by these Terms and Google Play. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law.

10. Third-party services

The App relies on third parties such as Google Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Firebase Remote Config, Google Play Billing, and content or media hosts. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously live matching with any particular person.
• Entertainment profiles, call clips, replies, and room experiences may include automated, curated, or simulated elements.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpicyCall and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of gems, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the 3 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where prohibited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify SpicyCall from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your license ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including purchases already consumed, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The Effective date will change when updates are posted. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
